James Judge

Senior Facilitator and Adviser

James is a facilitator, mediator, adviser on workplace issues and a podcaster. He is an adjunct assistant professor and teaches dispute resolution, negotiation and employment law from time to time at the University of Canberra.

He has considerable expertise in improving team effectiveness and workplace communication, building leadership competencies and resolving conflict both in the workplace and in business.

James is an experienced and well-regarded facilitator and content creator, who has decades of experience designing workshops and seminars (both virtually and face-to-face).
