Our approach to training involves participants at every stage of the training program. Participants choose how to approach scenarios and situations, and are directly involved in giving constructive feedback to other participants. Our interactive, participant-led model allows each participant to contribute their unique skills and expertise, adding to the whole group’s learning experience.
