John has over 25 years’ executive level experience across many Victorian government portfolios. These include export assistance; foreign investment attraction; business migration; trade policy; local content support and structural and regional adjustment assistance; tourism and major events strategies; and sustainability.

John has edited and written annual reports, major submissions to the Productivity Commission, Senate Inquiries, as well as managing departmental briefings to ministers for their roles in Parliament and Estimates Committees.
