Helen is an expert in writing style and digital content. She was supervising editor for the Australian Government Style Manual, steering it online in 2020.

Her research has informed federal members of Parliament, former prime ministers and parliamentary inquiries. She has also worked for public service agencies in information governance and on digital systems. Helen worked as an external consultant in publishing and training before joining the APS.
