Sam has over 30 years of experience in public sector management in the Victorian Government, predominantly in policy and program development. His career has spanned a wide range of areas including industry and business development, trade and investment, science and technology, tourism, government procurement and regional development. Sam brings a deep understanding of public policy, government functions and best-practice writing and communication to deliver practical and engaging workshops.

These focus on developing and enhancing skills in policy development and effective communications, as well as understanding of government functions and service standards, including Cabinet, budget and parliamentary processes.
