The essentials of good management exposes managers to, and helps them build, the crucial skills and traits of an effective manager.
This workshop will be delivered on Zoom in two 3-hour sessions, 9:30 am – 12:30 pm AEST on 15 June and 16 June 2021.
About Dr Julia Cornwell McKean
Julia is an expert facilitator specialising in the provision of audit, policy, probity, risk management and compliance services to public sector clients.
An experienced regulator and executive, Julia has chaired a number of international committees and was a lead expert for the United Nations’ Internet Governance Forum. In 2015, she received an Australia Day award in recognition of her work.
