We capture and read every one of our post-workshop evaluation forms. Simply because we want the best for our clients—consistent high-quality deliveries and continuous improvement of programs. So how have we fared so far in 2020?

In 2020 Ethos CRS has delivered 119 workshops. The biggest change for us is that we’ve delivered more virtual workshops than face-to-face. We delivered 61 virtual workshops and 58 face to face workshops.

Less surprising was that writing workshops are still our most popular program, comprising 68% of workshops delivered.

Participants are the best judges of the quality of our training. We have had 650 participant response to our evaluation forms, with the vast majority of them positive.

The stand out for us was that even with the change to virtual deliveries, 99 per cent (see Figure 1) of participants agreed that our facilitators maintained both good energy and a good learning environment throughout the workshop.

Participants have also responded positively to the content and structure of the workshops. 98 per cent (see Figure 2) of participants agreed that our workshops were well paced and there was enough time to cover the content.

When participants take the time to leave a comment for us, we always read them. Below are just some of the stand out comments we’ve received so far in 2020:
