Find your support network, have a diverse group, whether it is online or with colleagues or with friends to lift you up.

Don’t try and be something that you are not. Be aware of your own biases, capacities and weaknesses, and work with that rather than trying to arrive at work as something other than what you truly are.

For people who are coming up and want to be leaders, don’t change who you are. Bring yourself forward. And if you have a seat at the table, have an opinion. If you have been asked to a meeting, it is usually for a reason.
