We have completely redesigned our workshop delivery model to cater to the needs of 2020. Since April we have delivered the majority of our programs as virtual workshops.
After each of our workshops we ask our participants to complete an evaluation form to let us know how they found the workshop and what we could improve on.
We work with a number of agencies, and the response from the participants from a particular agency provide good insights on the programs we’ve delivered. In 2020, Ethos CRS has delivered 29 workshops to this agency—8 were delivered face-to-face and 21 were delivered virtually. A total of 202 participants responded to the evaluation forms.
Participants of both virtual and face-to-face workshops were engaged and interested throughout the workshop regardless of how the workshop was delivered (see Figure 1).
The workshop facilitator presented themselves as knowledgeable regardless of the workshop delivery method (see Figure 2).
Participants of both virtual and face-to-face workshops agreed that the facilitator was able to maintain a good learning environment in virtual and face-to-face deliveries (see Figure 3).
Participants gave us feedback that they were equally satisfied with face-to-face and virtual delivery.
While it’s been a daunting task to move to deliver content as virtual workshops, participants have told us that what they receive is at the same high quality.
